ICT Contractor’s are to express their interest for the management and operation of Liverpool Science Park (LSP) IT services. ICT Contractor’s are to have prior relevant experience of serviced multi-occupied facilities. The contractor’s experience should be utilised to help LSP improve its current level of service and make LSP synonymous within the region for its strong IT infrastructure offering.
The requirement is for:
– A high quality IT operating environment for LSP and its tenant companies
– An integrated IT strategy for LSP across its three innovation centres on its 90,000 sq ft (net) estate
– Managed support
– Comprehensive SLAs
– Identify revenue generating opportunities for LSP through the provision of IT and telephony services
– Resilient connectivity, with near 100% uptime and isolated redundancy
If appropriate, bidders should consider the opportunity to exploit existing JANET connectivity at LSP for the benefit of tenant companies.
