1. To procure and implement a final IT solution for Worcestershire Regulatory Services.
2. To manage, support and deliver the Worcestershire Regulatory Services project to agreed project management standards (i.e. PRINCE2).
3. To oversee and manage the tender process to appoint a preferred ICT supplier in accordance with the Procurement Rules and/or EU rules as specified by the host authority i.e. Bromsgrove District Council.
4. To produce, promote and manage relevant documentation and high profile project plans to Management Board, Joint Committee and WRS Leadership Team etc.
5. To ensure that the project is delivered to Time, Cost, and Quality and ensure that benefits are realised in line with the Business Case. 6. To liaise with partner organisations, including Bromsgrove as the ‘Host’ authority, as required on cross cutting issues that are likely to affect other partner organisations..
