Soha is looking for a supplier to provide, design and implement an integrated specialist housing association software solution.
Soha are seeking a fully integrated software solution from a single supplier with a proven track record of delivering a similar service to other housing associations.
The business processes to be supported are:

Soha also requires that the supplier has solid and demonstrable experience of providing software solutions to housing associations.
Soha’s preference is that the software is run with a single database or highly integrated databases.
Soha has 120 IT users.
It is envisaged that the Contract will last for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years at Soha’s discretion, giving a total potential term of 5 years.
