The ICT Service has a requirement to provide training for all service staff in a number of areas and for varying numbers of delegates as follows:

MCTS System Center 2012 Configuration Manager 1 YES

To be considered for this contract, a company must have experience of delivering immersive training solutions leading to successful accreditation/exam pass in key skills areas.

We are seeking a single supplier to provide all of the training required.
Courses must fully prepare delegates for examinations where relevant.
Examination fees must be included with examinations sat on the final day of the course.
Free retake of courses must be included
Accommodation, Food and Refreshments for duration of courses must be included
Technical/ITIL courses must provide full hands-on laboratory access 24/7 for the duration of the course

The following two courses:
• Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012
• Administering Windows Server 2012
Have 22 and 20 delegates on each. Our expectation is to send 22 (or 20) delegates to your local (Cambridgeshire/Bedfordshire) training venue together for the duration of the course.

The ICT Service expects to be able to have all staff complete courses as soon as possible although at least by the end of August 2014. The exception for this is the Administering Windows Server 2012 course which will be purchased in April 2014. Please confirm that you are able to commit to pricing that will be maintained for this course.

Cambridgeshire County Council and the ICT Service are conscious of the impact of travel by car or other means on the environment; for this reason, consideration will be taken of the geographical location of any courses provided. Responses will be partially scored on the distance to be travelled for the majority of delegates to courses.

Interested parties are invited to download the attached RFQ document and once completed return to John.chapman@theictservice.org.uk by 5pm on 16th September 2013.
