Description

Currently, Magenta Living are in the process of installing new Civica Mobile software onto the SMART phones and are looking for a provider to focus on rolling out approx 80 new SMART phones with the software installed to trade technicians who work on our voids and responsive repairs. The aim of the project is to ensure the trade technician can effectively operate the SMART phones and the software installed on them and, following the initial training, to evaluate how effectively the trade technicians can use the device and software so further training can be quantified and scheduled as required.
