Provision of a Management and Job Costing solution for Coastline Services Ltd.

Coastline Services is looking to procure a high quality Management and Job Costing solution at our head office that will provide the following capabilities:

— Planning, Scheduling and Delivering Works;

— Procurement and Stock Management;

— Job Costing;

— Invoice Generation;

— Invoice Payment;

— Quotation Development;

— Timesheet Management;

— Business Intelligence and Management Information Reporting.

There are the three elements of this one tender:

— The supply of the software and licensing;

— The consultancy, installation, training and configuration of the system;

— The on-going support contract.

It is intended that the support contract will run for an initial period of 2 years. The contract will have an option to extend the agreement annually subject to satisfactory performance and customer satisfaction.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Coastline Services (CSL) is a property and grounds maintenance company offering a comprehensive range of services to public sector, private sector and commercial clients across Cornwall.

CSL has an annual turnover of 4 000 000 GBP.

CSL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Coastline Housing.

The solution will provide the following capabilities:

— Planning, Scheduling and Delivering Works;

— Procurement and Stock Management;

— Job Costing;

— Invoice Generation;

— Invoice Payment;

— Quotation Development;

— Timesheet Management;

— Business Intelligence and Management Information Reporting.

There are the three elements of this one tender:

— The supply of the software and licensing;

— The consultancy, installation, training and configuration of the system;

— The on-going support contract;

The support contract will run for an initial period of 2 years.

The solution will support 73 Operatives out in the field, 21 back office users and administered by 3 people.
