Northampton Partnership Homes invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractor(s) for 1 of 2 lots to undertake services and works for gas fired space heating and hot water appliances across.
Lot 1: Servicing and maintenance of Gas fired space heating and hot water appliances (domestic).
— All NPH managed gas fired appliances within their domestic rented properties;
— Gas fired appliances in properties within the Borough of Northampton which are owned by leaseholders under the right to buy or shared ownership, where they have decided to take-up the offer of the service.
Lot 2: Installation of replacement gas fired space heating and hot water appliances (domestic).
— NPH managed properties only
There are approximately 11 100 properties that are covered by the each Contract lot and all are located within the boundaries of the Borough of Northampton.
