Lampton Development 360 Ltd requires support in the carrying out the redevelopment of the sites within the London Borough of Hounslow. At this time the roles and responsibilities are yet to be fully agreed but it is envisaged that this could include the following:
1. Feasibility Studies;
2. Architectural Services;
3. Commercial Services;
4. Procurement and management of sub-contractors;
5. Access and utilisation of the Supplier’s construction management expertise;
6. Sales and marketing Services;
7. Share of planning risk, building and sales risks.
Tenderers will be required to demonstrate:
— Experience of dealing with similar sites;
— The ability to satisfy statutory or regulatory provisions whilst acting in the capacity as a Developer;
— Sufficient resources to undertake the services being requested.

In order for the Council to respond to its housing needs, it is establishing a Local Authority Company — Lampton 360 Ltd Lampton 360 Ltd will be commissioned to develop planning policy compliant housing proposals. Lampton 360 Ltd will develop sites that deliver a mix of tenures, comprising 40% of units for private sale, 40% units for affordable (24% Social Rent, 16% Intermediate) and 20% private rent. Lampton 360 Ltd are looking to work in collaboration with a private sector joint venture development partner to aid the control of future build costs, and share risk in terms of potential changes in market conditions over a longer term period. Lampton 360 Ltd are looking for partners with inner city experience. A restrictive procurement process will be followed.
