The contract is for a period of 4 years commencing 1.4.2017 with the option to extended by up to a further 2 years on a year by ear bases, subject to provisions contained within the Contract for earlier termination and continued satisfactory performance reviews and attainment of KPI targets by mutual agreement with the Contractor.
