II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

The works will be mainly kitchen and bathroom suite replacements, removal of existing sanitary appliances and associates fittings and kitchen and bathroom furniture, redecoration, tiling, floor covering, plastering, dry lining electrical upgrades, plumbing works, relocating of radiators, gas cooker supply pipe repositioning, water supply pipe replacements, demolition of internal walls and/or chimney stacks, infilling or openings, wall removals, making good, asbestos removal as required and all associated access equipment needed to complete the above works.
The contract is for a period of 4 years commencing 1.4.2017 with the option to extended by up to a further 2 years on a year by ear bases, subject to provisions contained within the Contract for earlier termination and continued satisfactory performance reviews and attainment of KPI targets by mutual agreement with the Contractor.

The standstill period provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
