The ITT relates to the procurement of a framework agreement with a single supplier for the provision of Kitchen Fittings, Kitchen Worktops and associated fittings to supply the in-house maintenance service of the Contracting Authority known as Broadacres Services Limited (‘“The Authority”’).

The Authority is following the open procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

The Authority is looking for the Supplier to design, manufacture and supply Kitchen Fittings packaged as individual house packs. The Kitchen house packs are required to be suitably protected and delivered directly to a specific property address located within the Authority’s geographical area on a designated date and at a designated time. The Supplier will be required to undertake site surveys when requested to do so.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The ITT relates to the procurement of a framework agreement with a single supplier for the provision of Kitchen Fittings, Kitchen Worktops and associated fittings to supply the in-house maintenance service of the Contracting Authority known as Broadacres Services Limited (‘“The Authority”’).

The Authority is following the open procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

The Authority is looking for the Supplier to design, manufacture and supply Kitchen Fittings packaged as individual house packs. The Kitchen house packs are required to be suitably protected and delivered directly to a specific property address located within the Authority’s geographical area on a designated date and at a designated time. The Supplier will be required to undertake site surveys when requested to do so.

The Supplier is required to provide a primary storage depot located in Northallerton which will maintain a stock of the core product range and the depot is to be staffed so that the Authority can have ready access to the materials during working hours.

The full scope of the Authority’s requirements are set out in Section 3 of the ITT.

Based upon historic data on average 200 Kitchens per year are replaced and the estimated average value of the supply costs for the Kitchen Fittings is 700 GBP per Kitchen. Therefore the anticipated annual value of the contract is 140 000 GBP per year.
