CPI is seeking to set up a framework panel of suppliers using lots.
Where there are sufficient bids meeting our minimum requirements, we intend to appoint 3 suppliers to each lot. We will rank the three suppliers in order of the scores resulting from the evaluation of the tenders. When placing orders we will approach the 1st (first) ranked supplier to supply the requested goods. If for any reason this supplier is unable to provide some or all of the items requested due to items not being stocked/being out of stock or with a delayed delivery time, we will then approach the 2nd (second) supplier for these items. If the 2nd (second) supplier is unable to provide the supplies as per the above, we will then approach the 3rd (third) ranked supplier.Estimated value excluding VAT:
