The requirements are being divided in to 7 geographic Lots to correspond with the HIE Area Offices as follows with each Lot being awarded as a single supplier Framework Agreement :

2 Argyll and the Islands
3 Caithness and Sutherland
4 Skye and Wester Ross and Lochaber
5 Innse Gall (Western Isles)
6 Orkney
7 Shetland

Please note that HIE will be closed from 24th December 2012 until 3rd January 2013.
In support of this tender, you are invited to attend an ITT Briefing when the Project Team will be available to discuss the framework and tender process in more detail. Attendance at this briefing is not mandatory and a full copy of the presentation, along with a summary note of the discussion points, will be distributed to all candidates via the Public Contracts Scotland Portal.
