This provides an opportunity for our high level leaders to accelerate their leadership journey through a structured development programme. Participants, recommended by HIE, will comprise ambitious leaders from our high growth organisations in both the private and social enterprise sector and may include leaders from our inward investment portfolio.
The supplier will be expected to design an innovative and inspirational programme to reflect international best practice which will challenge and transform leadership ambition in the Highlands and Islands. It will inspire participants to increase their ambition, confidence and capability to think big, act strategically and to execute a step change in their business growth through a series of workshops and one-to-one coaching.
Over 3 years, it will provide 50- 80 participants with the opportunity to advance their leadership development and to apply this in a business setting.

It is anticipated that this Framework will be awarded for 3 years with HIE having the option to extend for a further 1 year period. The 3 year budget currently available to deliver this service is between GBP 440 000 and GBP 480 000 (excluding VAT).

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: (1) All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that they are not bankrupt or the subject of an administration order, are not being wound-up, have not granted a trust deed, are not the subject of a petition presented for sequestration of their estate, have not had a receiver, manager or administrator appointed and are not otherwise apparently insolvent.
(2) All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that the candidate, their directors, or any other person who has powers of representation, decision or control of the candidate has not been convicted of conspiracy, corruption, bribery, or money laundering. Failure to provide such a declaration will result in the candidate being declared ineligible and they will not be selected to participate in this procurement process.
