The successful supplier will be expected to design an innovative and inspirational structure for the programme to reflect international best practice which will challenge and transform leadership ambition in the Highlands and Islands. It will inspire participants to increase their ambition, confidence and capability to think big, act strategically and to execute a step change in their business growth.
Whilst individual development is important, of greater significance is the impact on the growth of each organisation and the overall impact on economic growth in the Highlands and Islands.
Over three years, it will provide 30-36 participants with the opportunity to advance their leadership development.

(2) All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that the candidate, their directors, or any other person who has powers of representation, decision or control of the candidate has not been convicted of conspiracy, corruption, bribery, or money laundering. Failure to provide such a declaration will result in the candidate being declared ineligible and they will not be selected to participate in this procurement process.

(2) All candidates will be required to provide statements of accounts or extracts from those accounts relating to their business.
Organisations are required to provide audited accounts for the previous 2 years. Full details are provided in the PQQ.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Full details are provided in the PQQ including minimum levels of insurance cover for Employers liability GBP 5 000 000 and Public liability GBP 5 000 000.
(1) A statement of the principal goods sold or services provided by the supplier or the services provider in the past 3 years, detailing the dates on which the goods were sold or the services provided; the consideration received; the identity of the person to whom the goods were sold or the services were provided.

In order to participate, suppliers should register, for free, on the Public Contracts Scotland PCS) website (www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk), record their interest in this contract and download and complete all relevant documentation.
This portal also gives suppliers access to an on line Question and Answer facility which allows queries to be submitted (anonymously), and answers published and shared with all potential bidders.
