Over three years, HIE will run circa 25 workshops which will give attendees the opportunity to inspire their ambition and progress their leadership journey and to apply this in a business setting. These workshops should be inspirational and interactive with key learning and business development actions identified in advance. We anticipate that a rolling programme of 5-10 workshops will be developed with around half of the delivery in the Inverness/Moray area and the remainder dispersed across the Highlands and Islands.
The successful supplier will be expected to design an innovative and inspirational structure for the workshop programme which will reflect international best practice. It will stimulate ambition, develop an understanding of effective leadership and the importance of a strategic approach to business growth, noting key opportunities around innovation and internationalisation. Participants will be encouraged to attend a series of workshops but attendance at individual workshops will also be accommodated. This will inspire participants to increase their ambition, confidence and capability to continue their leadership journey and provide the opportunity for valuable networking.
