Description of the goods or services required

The purpose of this project is to scope, design and develop the format, content and delivery options of a sustainable, flexible and modular leadership learning pathway for middle managers across Scotland’s social services. Scoping and analysis of the role of middle managers across the statutory, third and independent sectors has already been undertaken. This is being used to inform a leaderhsip learning needs analysis for this group of managers which will be completed by 17 November 2014. This learning needs analysis must be used to inform and underpin this pieces of work.
