1)Short description
This lot will focus on the design and delivery of a suite of Leadership and Management development opportunities. This is expressed in terms of a number of ‘suites’ and providers may bid for the whole overarching lot or alternatively can bid for one or more of the suites within it, which consist of:

This lot relates to the design and delivery of a wide range of tailored assessment and development activities that support key aspects of Norfolk County Council’s Organisational Development. This lot relates to the provision of e-learning courses. Each e-learning course will be deployed on a Model 1.9 (to be upgraded to 2.0 by the end of Dec 2012) Dynamic Learning Environment. The subject matter and complexity varies widely, but all learning activities deployed use technology to enable learning. Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Norfolk County Council will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the proposed award of the Contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The Standstill period, which will be for a minimum of ten calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers.
To challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into. The Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI2006 No. 5) (as amended) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) VI.4.3).
