To deliver at least 2 (possibly 3) 3 week leadership and policy making programmes for between 20-25 Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) professionals.
The programme should:
— Provide participants with a strong understanding of the diverse models of leadership and policy making used in the UK and in the Devolved Administrations;
— Ensure that the programme is relevant, sensitive and applicable to the BiH political and social context;
— Should be mixture of lectures, visits and soft skills training sessions;
— Allow participants to forge lasting links with fellow participants and with the UK, which they should continue after return to BiH;
— Comprise a core academic (daytime) programme, but offers other extra-curricular activities (that do not need to be supervised) allowing the participants to network further.
