Description

Learning and Development Customer Feedback System

As part of a new initiative to support and manage the evaluation and analysis process of training sessions, Sandwell Council are looking for a supplier to deliver a tablet-based customer feedback solution. The supplier should deliver devices which are compatible with their platform hosting an evaluation ‘questionnaire’, data collation and automatically generated reports.

The current process in which we evaluate training sessions is time consuming and costly as they are completed in paper format. Firstly, the questionnaires are designed and printed on paper. They are then given to the delegates that attend the training sessions to complete. The responses are collated by business support who manually input responses into our current system. The data is then stored on an excel spreadsheet from which infographics are designed to present the information collated and to display the return on investment.

We are looking for a supplier who can provide a user-friendly software solution which enables us to design multiple questionnaires for a variety of training sessions. Additionally, the software must allow for continual feedback and reporting and must be easy to view and use. 20 devices (tablets) that are compatible with the software and fully secured for use are also required.
