Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust (DHC) is looking to appoint a number of training service providers to a framework, from which it can commission a diverse range of leadership development activities. There will be 4 lots.
— Team Empowerment.
— Empowering Leaders:Empowering Teams.
— Leadership & management Modules.
— Development of New Initiatives.
Suppliers appointed to the appropriate framework lot will be contacted with a specific project brief for each commission and a mini-competition will be carried out amongst all suppliers elected to that lot.
It will be the DHC’s decision to take up leadership development services and we cannot make a firm commitment that approved suppliers will be guaranteed work.

The training will be designed to develop leadership qualities and behaviours set out in the HealthCare Leadership Model, and to integrate an action plan for quality improvement; ensuring the focus is on improving patient care.
