Brighton and Hove City Council is seeking to identify efficient, effective and reliable providers to deliver a suite of Residential and Supported Living Accommodation Services (‘the Services’) for Brighton Residents with Learning Disabilities who are eligible for Adult Social Care support.

Brighton and Hove City Council is seeking tenders for the provision of Learning Disability Support Services at 3 Residential Homes and 4 Supported Living / Accommodation Services in Brighton and Hove.
Brighton and Hove City Council is seeking to identify efficient, effective and reliable providers to deliver a suite of Residential and Supported Living / Accommodation Services (’the Services’) for Brighton Residents with Learning Disabilities who are eligible for Adult Social Care support.
The Tender includes the following Services:
Lot 1 Supported Living / Accommodation Services:
Lot 1.1) 11 and 13 Hawkhurst Road;
Lot 1.2) 14 Beaconsfield Villas;
Lot 1.3) 9-11 Rutland Gardens;
Lot 1.4) Mantell House.
Lot 2 Residential Homes:
Lot 2.1) 15 Preston Drove;
Lot 2.2) Leicester Villas;
Lot 2.3) 20 Windlesham Road.
Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 3 700 000 and 6 200 000 GBP
