London Luton Airport (LLA) is seeking a supplier for a 3-year contract for the provision of specialist legal advice on aviation and competition law from firms with a recognized expertise in these fields. LLA are seeking to enter into a zero value, non-exclusive framework contract for external legal counsel to provide accurate and comprehensive advice in relation LLA’s services on an ad-hoc basis.
