Gloucester City Homes has a range of existing contracts in place to provide legal services. The purpose of this tender process is to select a single firm to become the preferred supplier for each identified area of legal services.

The high level areas which legal services will be grouped into are two separate Lots:

Lot 1: Governance, Corporate, Human Resources and Regulation, Finance and Securitisation, Development and Home Ownership.

Lot 2: Housing Management, Property Management and Asset

Management.
