Surrey CC must discharge its duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act by ensuring all its properties have up to date legionella risk assessments, undertaken by a competent person.
This Contract will be is for the provision of these risk assessments together with biennial reviews, over a 6 year cycle. The risk assessments are required to meet the requirements of the latest ACOP and technical guidance issued by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
The Contract term will be 6 years from the commencement date of the Agreement.
The full term Contract value is estimated to be GBP 300 000 — GBP 500 000.
