Newlon Housing Trust is a Registered Social Housing Provider and is responsible for passenger lifts in communal areas of residential blocks.
The contract will cover servicing, inspection and repairs for passenger lifts.
Passenger lifts will be covered on a fully Comprehensive Contract basis.
