Cheltenham Borough Homes wish to secure a contractor to provide Lift service, inspection repair and maintenance. Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH) currently have 12 Passenger Lifts, 89 Stair lifts, 4 Hoists and 4 domestic lifts within the Cheltenham Borough Homes portfolio any additions or omissions during the term of the contract will be benchmarked and adjusted against the existing costs. The Contract will run for a period of 3 years with the option to extend by a further 2 years by mutual agreement.
