A framework to support the Learning and Development service meet the training requirements of Liverpool City Council employees. Due to the diverse nature of the workforce and the specialist and technical accreditations that are required, a framework of suppliers are need to help support the delivery of this. The term of the framework will be 3 years with the option to extend for 1 additional 12 month period.

Please note that this framework supercedes previous framework reference 2015/S 199-361541.

Liverpool City council is a major local employer and service provider which directly employs over 5 700 people servicing 440 000 residents and 55 000 students.
The Council is looking to implement a framework to support the Learning and Development service meet the training requirements of Liverpool City Council employees. Due to the diverse nature of the workforce and the specialist and technical accreditations that are required, a framework of suppliers are need to help support the delivery of this.
