Liverpool City Council is a major local employer and service provider which directly employs over 5 700 people serving 440 000 residents and 55 000 students.
The Council is looking to implement framework agreements with external suppliers for the delivery of training to meet corporate CSO’s and OJEU regulations. Due to the diverse work of the Liverpool City Council it is understood that suppliers will not be able to meet all our needs within each framework and tenders will be welcome for companies able to meet only a number of courses.
The frameworks we are looking to implement include:
