Oxford City Council is seeking to award a contract to a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the provision of a mailing house solution to provide back up support to our in house service and facilitate a home working mailing solution.
Oxford City Council wishes to improve efficiency in mailing communication arrangements to enable.
a) staff who work at home to be able to write and mail communications;
b) to provide additional bulk mailing services and combine mailings from different systems to reduce postage costs.
The Contract is a for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years at the discretion of the Council.
