Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest for the supply of Main Route LED Lighting to the council.
The anticipated total spend is in the region of £3,100,000.00 (GBP) for the whole duration of the agreement (including extension periods) although this cannot be guaranteed.
The framework will be awarded initially for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend at the sole discretion of RMBC for a further two 12 month periods, each on a year by year basis.
It is intended for the tender to be awarded to a sole supplier, however if one supplier cannot meet the council’s requirements then the tender will be awarded to additional participant(s).

The agreement is initially for a period of 12 months with a total value of approx 1,033,000 GBP, with the option to extend at the sole discretion of RMBC for a further two 12 month periods, each on a year by year basis. However this does not carry any guarantee of turnover and that any estimated volumes of business are indicative and may vary upwards and downwards depending on actual future needs.
All suppliers who wish to be considered for this tender must register on the YORtender system and electronically complete and upload the Pre-Tender Questionnaire document onto the YORtender system no later than 17:00hrs on Monday 11th February 2013. All Pre-Tender Questionnaires must be returned through the system and will not be accepted by any other means.
