II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

The London Borough of Lambeth is divided into three areas, North, South and Central. Lambeth Council is seeking a single contractor to provide a repairs and maintenance service to the South Area of the borough. The works will be comprised of four workstreams:- voids works; responsive maintenance; planned maintenance; and cyclical maintenance.
The term of the contract will be for 20 months from 1.2.2016 to 10.10.2017 with the option to extend for any number of periods up to a maximum of 3 further years.
The estimated total value of the contract for the full term of the contract including the optional extension period is 28 000 000 GBP.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 28 000 000 GBP
