The council is looking to identify companies who can deliver maintenance to our server room. Looking after the fire protection, the air-conditioning and the UPS to the legal standard. Please express an interest below and we will contact you in due course. We are not starting the procurement at this stage.

The Council currently has approximately 75 physical servers based in the main data centre providing services across 4 sites and this year will be looking to transform these servers to a virtual environment to saves costs and reduce power consumption.
As part of the on-going provision of IT services, Rushmoor are looking to review its current support and maintenance agreements to ensure a value for money service is being provided throughout.
The data centre was built in July 2009 and is formed of a ModuSec construction system with measurements of 5.6m length x 4.5m width x 3.1m height and houses 6 standard server racks.
The room is accessed through 1 single door with EL560 solenoid lock plus 1 exit door.
A UPS backed power distribution system provides power

The warm air return path is to the top of the air conditioning systems.
