The Authority requires a supplier, or suppliers, who can deliver various facilities management maintenance services. Draft specifications are included with the PQQ documents, but the final specifications — expected to be broadly similar — will be issued with the tender documents.

Lot 6: PPM, to include: fire doors, means of escape, low/med. secure standards (perimeter checks and vegetation growth), deep clean, window restrictors, and kitchen duct cleaning;

Lot 8: Electrical maintenance, including PAT, emergency lighting and lightning protection;
