Selwood Housing is looking for a supplier to evaluate the current ICT service and Selwood Housings future business objectives to provide a cost effective managed service covering the full scope of Selwood Housings ICT requirements. This should deliver a resilient, scalable and cost effective ICT Service, including both computer and voice telephony functionality which is responsive to the business needs of Selwood Housing. The scope includes:
1) Computer infrastructure to meet Selwood Housings server and storage requirements;
2) Hosting of all infrastructure including resilient wide area network connections from Bryer Ash office to the proposed hosting centre;
3) Operations support of hosted infrastructure including backup and restore;
4) Voice infrastructure to support Selwood Housings business users and call centre, this may be delivered through a fully hosted or fully on-premise solution or a combination of both;
5) Business continuity services for hosted infrastructure and voice;
6) Local area network equipment (excluding cabling) at Bryer Ash office;
7) Thin or zero client desktop devices;
8) Implementation of the proposed infrastructure and knowledge transfer training for Selwoods ICT Team;
9) Configuration of the new infrastructure including any necessary or recommended reconfiguration of Active Directory, Exchange Services and other similar services which may impact on the performance or operation support requirements for the ICT Service.
