Government Procurement Service, as the Contracting Authority, intends to put in place a Managed Medical Service to deliver a nationwide network of medical professionals to provide medical reports, examinations and assessments, along with specialist testing and confirmation services to help assist the investigation process into the fitness to drive of existing Driving Licence holders and applicants who may be suffering from a medical condition that affects their ability to drive safely. The requirement may include other medical assessments in addition to those relating to fitness to drive.
