Description

The Provision of a Managed Print Service for Electoral Services Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) wishes to invite interested parties (“Tenderers”) to participate in a tender exercise to establish a Contract for the provision of a managed print service for Elections to the Council (“the Invitation To Tender”). Scope of Contract The Council has a requirement to identify and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide a five (5) year term service, to provide the Goods specified within the Service Specification. The total estimated value excluding VAT for the entire duration of the contract is £135,000. This value is based on historical spend data and is intended to be used as a guide only and is not a guarantee of the level of business that will be generated from the contract. Period of Contract The Contract shall take effect on the commencement date and (unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with its terms or it is otherwise lawfully terminated) shall expire at the end of the period as set out in the award letter. The Contract is expected to commence on 1st November 2016 and will be for a period of five (5) years until 31st October 2021 The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
