Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust wishes to receive responses from suitably qualified and experienced organisations that are able to provide a fully Managed Print Service.
— Provision of Multi-Functional Devices include a range of devices ranging from desktop printer/scanners to stand-alone machines capable of printing, scanning to e-mail, scanning to a folder on a secure network, faxing including paper management functions such as stapling, grouping etc.;
— Provision of Desktop Printer devices and service;
— Provision of secure follow-me print functionality across all printers and multi-functional devices (acute and community);
— Provision of Printer management software for the management of consumables and chargeable items;
— Right sizing of the Multi-functional device and printer estate.
The Trust currently has the following:
— 128 Multi-functional Devices over 3 sites;
— 25 Multi-functional Devices within community sites;
— 1 000 Desk Top Printers over 3 main sites and other community sites.
