Letchworth Contract to include North Herts Leisure Centre, Letchworth Outdoor Pool and Fearnhill Sports Centre. The estimated value of the Contract is GBP 100,000 per annum. The Contract Length is 60 months with a possible extension of a further 60 months.

Payment to the contracting entity will be in pound sterling and will normally be required to be made by means of electronic funds transfer. Full details will be included in the invitation to tender documents.

The contracting entity’s specific requirements are to be determined but it does require that any contract awarded be entered into a single entity on the part of the successful candidate. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
The contract length is for 60 months with a possible extension of a further 60 months.
