Summary:: This contract is for the provision of a consultancy service in relation to the management of promotional space within St.Helens town centre. The successful contractor will introduce, promote and sell designated commercial space within St.Helens town centre and at St.Helens Council events were applicable.
The successful contractor must have extensive experience and knowledge in marketing, selling and administering promotional space. The external organisation should offer a constant dialogue with the UK’s biggest brand owners, field marketing, PR and sales promotion agencies to drive up occupancy and the quality of promotions.
