Supplier to be able to provide labour support to undertake market research in relation to the following core surveys carried out by the Manchester Airport Group (MAG) across all 4 MAG airports on a regular basis:
Airport Service Quality (ASQ);
Retail Exit Surveys;
Mystery Shopper;
Additional Ad hoc Terminal Surveying and other ad hoc projects;
Focus Groups.
The Supplier should also have the ability to collate the information gathered and report back to MAG within given timescales and in an agreed format.
The Supplier should have the ability to develop and design Questionnaires / Market Research documents based upon a clear specification by MAG
Supplier to carry out the research on-site at Landside and Airside locations within the Terminal or Satellite buildings at all airports or via another medium agreed with MAG
Services to be delivered by utilising various electronic mediums (e.g. Ipads etc) or hard copy.
Supplier is able to collate information gathered and produce management reports for MAG as agreed in an agreed format e.g. hard copy, electronic (portals) etc.

The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into
