The tender is split into four lots, covering: Medway Ports; Clydeport; Great Yarmouth; and Mersey (which encompasses the Port of Liverpool, Manchester Ship Canal, Liverpool 2, and Heysham Port). The detailed service requirements vary to some degree by location, but all require a supplier who is able to manage and motivate a workforce in a complex operational setting, provide excellent customer service, and deliver a secure and professional guarding service across the port estate.
