Lot 1 — Manned Guarding
The successful tenderer will provide manned security services as described below:
— Static guarding of building and property,
— Mobile patrol security,
— Temporary watch and Ad-hoc requests.
Lot 2 — Wireless CCTV and Response Services
Option 1 — The supply, repair, installation and monitoring of Wireless CCTV to WDH properties including a response service to site.
Option 2 — WDH will purchase a specific amount of equipment to fulfil our requirements through the successful tenderer and require a stock management, installation, repair and monitoring service to WDH properties including a response service to site.
Lot 3 — Alarms, Shuttering and Response Services
When a property becomes void a WDH officer visits the property to undertake an inspection in order to determine the extent of works and services required.

The successful tenderer will provide two options to WDH that covers our wireless CCTV installation and monitoring service requirements.
Option 1 — The supply, repair, installation and monitoring of Wireless CCTV to WDH properties including a response service to site.
Option 2 — WDH will purchase a specific amount of equipment to fulfil our requirements through the successful tenderer and require a stock management, installation, repair and monitoring service to WDH properties including a response service to site.
Please note: WDH reserves the right to purchase additional equipment through the successful tenderer or utilise pricing as per option 1.
