Rochdale BC is inviting tenders for security at Green Lane Depot, Heywood, security at Number One Riverside, Rochdale and an ad-hoc security service for Rochdale Town Hall. Further detail can be obtained from the tender documentation. (Rochdale MBC is only inviting tenders from providers who can deliver across all 3 sites).
Number One Riverside is Rochdale Council’s main offices. Manned guarding is required 24/7 365 days a year
Green Lane Depot is the Council’s Operational Services Hub and requires manned guarding between the hours of 16:30 hours and 8:30 365 days per year.
The cost for security for the Town hall is off set against the income for specific functions. The hours required for security would vary depending on the function but it usually is Thursday/Friday and Saturday.

Range: between 450 000 and 600 000 GBP
