Description of the contract
tender for the manufacture and supply of 2 x mibile Chip Pan Demonstration Units. The Chip pan unit will be of a standard type and able to carry a variety of equipment for community education activities. It is to be manfactured on a standard trailer sub frame which will be transported by an appropriate towing vehicle and will be capable of housing equipment including being fitted with a stainless steel dummy cooker with pan and propane gas burner.
