Description of the contract

Market research services. In 2014 VisitBritain commissioned research specifically about how to lever Britain’s culture (and heritage) to attract visits from the established markets of France, Germany and the USA. VisitBritain now wishes to undertake a similar project in the two key emerging markets of China and Brazil (and possibly also in established market Italy) to primarily understand the extent to which Britain’s culture is a draw and the best way to lever it to encourage visits across Britain (i.e. not only to London) in our marketing. Whilst the previous study covered both heritage and culture this time we wish to focus primarily on culture, although as the two are often linked the project will also touch on heritage.
