A Contract is required to be entered into with Contractors that shall ensure best value for the Council is achieved with regards to Enterprise, Planning and Protective Services Consultancy Framework.
This Contract shall be set up as a Framework Agreement, separated into four Lots:
Lot 1 – Research, Analysis (including evaluation) and strategic planning for economic development and for skills.
Lot 2 – Marketing & PR (Includes websites & social media; building networks).
Section 1 – High quality campaign development; engagement, PR & social media services.
Section 2 – Multiplatform design capability.
Section 3 – Event Management to support Service events, including trade shows and exhibitions.
Lot 3 – Urban Areas, buildings and sites – regeneration; design; feasibility, site investigation.
Lot 4 – Sector and Industry Specific Studies.
Section 1 – Retail.
Section 2 – Manufacturing.
Section 3 – Renewables.
Section 4 – Tourism.
Section 5 – Low Carbon & Environmental.
