TfGM has reviewed its future Marketing, Communications and Print Framework requirements, and taking account of changes in demand, new technology and improved knowledge of the supply-base, this procurement seeks to establish the 6 Lots described below:
1. Lot 1 — Marketing and Brand Development,
2. Lot 2 — Promotions, Public and Media Relations,
3. Lot 3 — Vehicle Livery, Wayfinding and Signage,
4. Lot 4 — Fulfilment and Distribution Services,
5. Lot 5 — Print Services,
6. Lot 6 — Digital and Social Media.
The likely number of suppliers to be appointed to each Lot is outlined in the Invitation to Tender (ITT), as is the estimated range of spend for each Lot.

This procurement process will be conducted through the ProContract eTendering portal and any submission made outside of this portal will be disqualified.

Nothing in this procurement process is intended to form any express or implied contractual relationship between the parties unless and until the award of a contract is concluded.
Any framework agreement and contract entered into as a result of this procurement will be considered to be a contract governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

TfGM is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses (including 3rd party costs, fees or expenses) incurred by those expressing an interest in or tendering for this opportunity.
