This tender aims to establish a multi-agency framework for the provision of marketing and creative services for Marketing Birmingham and partners for the period until March 2016. Please refer to the attached framework agreement tender brief for full details of the tender requirements, process and timescales. To enable tender submission, all suppliers MUST visit the Marketing Birmingham eProcurement system to register interest and submit a tender bid.

The standstill period which will be for 10 calendar days provides time for unsuccessfull tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
