The tender comprises of three lots:
Lot 1: Market Intelligence Consultancy, to consist of:
Characterisation of the bioenergy sector in the West Midlands.
Mapping the commercial opportunities for Ebri research and technology.
The consultancy should provide a comprehensive review of the market opportunities for Ebri research and technologies across the bioenergy value chain and provide the EBRI team with an evidence base to identify opportunities for collaboration that should be taken forward as priorities.
Lot 2: Marketing, to consist of:
Development of a marketing strategy for Ebri.
Development of associated marketing resources and collateral.
The marketing service should include a number of key areas of activity such as event promotion, development and upgrade of the website, electronic marketing and social media, and marketing publications and tools.
Lot 3: Delivery of PR services, to consist of:
Delivery of press and public relations support for Ebri.
The PR services should support the delivery of the project by raising the profile of Ebri Erdf project, the technology and market opportunities to potential beneficiaries of the Eu project, partners and customers (both business and government) via the press and media. The campaign is required to generate enquiries from the target groups through the project website and to the project team.
