ENGIE Services Ltd on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking to appoint marketing and promotion experts who can help us market the South Humber Bank and the opportunities that we are currently generating along it. Initially, this will focus on targeting the economic investment opportunities we’re primarily generating through the South Humberside Industrial Investment Programme (SHIIP) and other sites along the South Humber Bank, supported by the complementary place making activity.

Specifically, we are looking for support which will help us to promote the area to a target audience including investors, business decision makers, commercial agents, developers who operate in an international environment. Synonymous with this will be changing general perceptions of the area. Ideally, we expect that the key sectors (Energy and Renewables, Ports and Logistics, Food Processing, Chemicals and Processing) will be the focus of this promotional activity.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The commission requires an integrated and comprehensive marketing strategy which will set out the range of activities to be undertaken which will contribute to the project objectives. It is recognised that there are a range of methods and techniques which can be utilised to promote the area, and will be seeking additional innovative and creative ideas as to how the Authority can achieve the overall aim of business investment and job growth. It is anticipated the initial Marketing Strategy will be completed within 6-8 weeks of appointment.
